i watch the trees in my front yard sway so gently, i begin to feel myself move slowly with the motion of the wind. it whispers softly in my ear, the way my lover would whisper sweet nothings to me in the early morning. i feel the hair on my neck tickle, and i shiver, as though the wind faintly brushes and kisses my skin tenderly.

The Blue Wren

Location: After spending several hours looking for something beautiful to photograph, I spotted this dear little blue wren, it was very jumpy and fast, out of many shots this was the only one I felt was worth submitting. A second after I had taken it, it flew away.

He definitely was a sprightly little guy, it takes great patience to capture wrens in a photograph. (I'm always surprised when I see them this close.)
My advice is to go for a bush walk by yourself. If you have anyone with you they usually don't understand how quiet, and patient you have to be just to get close to these little birds. Don't give up and good luck!
