I'm back, bitches! <3

<EDIT>:giggle::heart: Internet's back up, so i'm going on a comment rampage. :evillaugh:

Hope you're all well and happy. :aww: <3 Love!!>

This is a quick shout out journal to everyone who has left me so much love and devotion towards my art, and myself in general- I really do appreciate it, though it does still amaze me that people actually enjoy my artwork. To me, it's always been a personal thing, I can't remember ever sharing my artwork in real life, so to share it online is a fantastic experience...
I would thank everyone individually as I did when I received my first DD, but I have actually 0 internet broadband at the moment, and I'm flabbergasted this is actually working for me right now. So I'll make this very quick.
I will try get back to you all very very soon, answer each person as they so rightly deserve, but for now... I must be a little selfish and concentrate on my future.

To explain in better detail: I got a few offers and I have chosen and settled with my Diploma of Children Services, a wise choice for someone like me who adores children but also wants to slow down and not rush into teaching. So my plan is to do my Diploma (for a year and a half), I am so excited to start, when I am done I plan to travel overseas and teach children there. It may only be for a small amount of time but I WILL get a fair amount of experience. From there, I want to get my Teaching degree in Primary & Early Childhood. I don't think I'd like to teach in High school. Raging hormones and pubescent teenagers are not my thing. :giggle: Just kidding.

Better yet- I am actually getting PAID to do what I am doing. Working in the field of Children services, and doing my diploma at the same time. I can't wait to get started. I enroll this Friday, so you will see a little less of me, but on the 2nd my internet will be back up. So keep your eyes peeled.

In other news, Charlie and I are very very much happily inlove, I know I am, and from the way he looks at me I'm pretty sure he is too. He shocked me when he told my mum he is madly in love with me. To me this feels like an awesome fairytale, he treats me like a princess...

And lastly, whilst I have been very busy, I have kept a close eye on the happenings of DA. I am very saddened to see some of my favourite people disappear off DA. We must remind ourselves that a GM position is a volunteer position, a kindly gesture to help others and the community in need, but it is never a "staying" job. People come and go... I am sure of it that we will see another bunch of amazing GM's come in, then go... For now, we must appreciate what we have. :)

Speaking of appreciation. What do you appreciate the most in life? Something that others may take for granted?

Lots of Love,
Sarah Jane

Congrats Sarah! This is really exciting. Seems like life is giving you a lot of good things all at once!
Ohh and will we see pictures of Charlie soon?;)

I appreciate having enough money to get by and not having to stress about it. I grew up very poor (my childhood was still amazing), and I see my friends never being happy with what they have, even when after they are 20 years old, their parents buy them cars and pay for all their school and cellphone bills and stuff. Sometimes it frustrates me. But then I remember that if all the money in the world was to disappear today, I'm the one who would survive:)

I appreciate the love I get to give and receive from my family, my friends and my amazing boyfriend.

I appreciate "me time".

Congratulations hun. I'm really glad you're going to do something you love for the rest of your life :aww: I only wish I'd done the same  I wish you all the best though Sarah, you deserve it

I think I appreciate my parents the most. Without them, I wouldn't be in the position I'm in now and wouldn't have had the chance to have done most of the things I have. I never really tell them enough how much I love them or thank them enough, but I'm sure they know.

Sorry to hear about your internet. I miss you. :(

You are far more important, though. Take care of yourself. Good luck with your choice. Working with kids seems like the perfect thing for you.
