YES THE TWO RINGS ARE FROM THE VERA WANG PERFUME BOTTLE "PRINCESS"..... I would love to know your thoughts on the photo, not where the rings are from!

I believe it's the top and the "ring" you get from the perfume "Princess" by Vera Wang.

I have the perfume xD

This is the perfume bottle: [link]

It is, but it's a little tight-fitting and the "gold" wears off after time.

Oh hey :) Glad to hear you got a flash! Make sure you invest in a set of wireless triggers and then you'll be set for even more awesomeness

It's very well done. The trick to using flash in shots like this is to make it look like you haven't, haha. Great work and keep practising.

Great to hear :)
I don't do portrait shoots without mine, even in broad daylight... Go and read this guys articles on flash use for portraits and weddings... he's a genius! [link]

And I've got a 50mm f/1.8 II if you ever want to borrow it, or you can pick one up from camerasdirect.com.au for next to nothing. Magic lens for a cheap intro to primes. Sharp as a tack!

Now I just need my lee and hitech filters to get here from the UK... then it's shooting time!!!

Thanks so much, have a great Christmas too :)
